AEF is a growing international, voluntary, non-governmental and non-profit organization with headquarters in New Jersey, promoting intercultural learning opportunities and leadership through foreign exchange students programs. AEF strives to provide high qualified-program to our secondary schools and host families in Northeast Area-New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, and Pennsylvania-with exchange programs to build bridges of international friendship.

AEF strongly believes that full cultural immersion is the most effective means to acquire the skills needed to thrive in an increasingly multicultural, interconnected, and competitive global society. Whether the impact of globalization becomes a threat or an opportunity depends on how the young students respond to its challenges. AEF is uniquely positioned to empower and prepare the students to rise to these challenges in this era.
